Security for bars, lounges and clubs · Offered by OSS Data

The night
runs smoother
with a Flare.

MyFlare Alert is a security system for your room. One touch on a POS or a phone and your managers, door and security see exactly where, live, before anyone on the floor notices. Every employee covered, you making the call when it matters, and because security knows who is on the property, a VIP service no other room in town can offer.

A security system first. Four things it gives a club owner.

A panic button creates panic. A Flare creates clarity, and coordinated action.

01

Everyone is covered

Servers, bartenders, door, security, valet and the guests who opt in. From the far booth to the car at the end of the night.

02

You make the call

Your rules decide who is alerted at every level. Your manager confirms on live video before anything goes to 911.

03

A VIP service nobody else has

First timers get introduced at the door. Regulars get known, and the profile builds with every visit. The same system that tells security who is on the property tells your host.

04

Know your guest

Who is on the property tonight, what they like, how often they come, from the first visit on. Not the promoter's list. Yours.

01 · Everyone is covered

From the far booth to the last car in the lot.

The floor

Servers slide a Flare on the handheld POS they are already holding. Bartenders and hosts send it from the terminal. No one steps away, no one makes a call.

Handheld and stationary POS
The door

Security and door staff get every alert on their phone or watch with the level, the table and the name of who sent it.

Phones and smartwatches
The lot

Your valet stand and parking lot are their own GatheredSafe Zone™. A valet alone with keys and cash at 2 AM reaches the team inside with one touch.

The guests

Guests with the app get your welcome when they walk in and hear it from you first if the room ever has to clear.

Help is on the way and the guest at the next table never looks up.

A guest quietly asks the bartender for help. The bartender slides a Flare on the terminal without stepping away. In seconds the manager, the door and security know which table, who sent it and why, with live audio and video from the closest cameras you already own.

Protection that walks out with them.

The lot is where nights go wrong. The valet stand, the cash drop, the walk to the car after close. Your protection does not stop at the door; it follows every employee with the app to the edge of your zone, and your team inside sees exactly where they are.

02 · You make the call

Small problems stay small. Big ones get everyone.

A guest who will not leave is not a fight in the lot. You decide who is alerted at each level, who confirms, and when it goes outside your walls. Owners can be first alert on any of them.

When it is real, 911 sees what you see.For the most serious levels, the dispatcher gets your venue on the map with the live picture, not a frantic phone call.
One message to the whole room

When the building has to hear it, they hear it from you.

A storm, a power loss, a situation at the door, a room that has to clear. You send one message to every staff phone and tablet in your zone at the same second, and to every guest who opted in. Calm instructions from the venue beat rumors from a phone screen.

One standing welcome, set by you. Safety messages always look different and always come first.

Your zone says hello

The tourist already has the app. She uses it to pick where to go.

A teacher from Michigan carries MyFlare Alert because her school district does. She lands at the airport, opens the app, and sees every GatheredSafe Zone™ in town, the hotels and the clubs, and picks where to stay and where to go out. She walks up to your door, crosses into your zone, and her phone tells her this is a GatheredSafe Zone™: your rules now protect her, the staff are trained, and help is one touch away. Then it shows your welcome and tonight's special. She has never heard of you. She picks your door over the one next to it. First timers get introduced. Regulars get known.

  • i
On the map before she leaves the airportYour venue is listed as a safe place to stay and go out, in an app that tourists already carry because their school or county runs it. Every member that joins is on that map.
  • ii
Your zone takes over her safety rulesThe moment she crosses in, your rules apply. If she sends a Flare, it goes off inside your zone, to your managers and security, not back home to Michigan.
  • iii
One welcome, set by youChange it any night. It looks different from a safety message, and safety always comes first.
03 · A VIP service nobody else has · Built on security

Known the first time they walk in.

A VIP downloads the app once, at any club that offers it. From then on it does not matter which of your venues they walk into, or whether they have ever been to you before. When they pull into your lot for the first time, the app pops up and asks if they want to share their VIP ID with you: one touch for tonight, or Always in if they plan to come back. They touch Share my ID, and before they reach the door your managers, security and valet know a VIP is on the property and a little about how they like their night. The relationship starts before hello. And because it is your security system doing the recognizing, the door and security know an important guest is on the property at the same moment the host does.

What your VIPs get

Skip the line. We know who you are.

The reason your best guests download the app. This is not a points program. It is your security system knowing who is on the property, and your team deciding what to do with that before the car door opens.

01

Skip the line

The door knows you are coming before you are out of the car. Your name is at the rope, not on a list someone has to find.

02

We know who you are

No introductions, no explaining yourself to the new guy on the door. Not here, not at any club that has the app, even one you have never been to.

03

Your table, your drink, your host

Booth held, usual order in motion, the host you like told you are on the way.

04

One app, every club

Download it once. Walk into a new club and choose what they get: nothing, just tonight, or Always in. Pick Always in and they know you every time after.

05

Looked after

When the club knows an important guest is on the property, the right people pay attention all night, from the valet stand to the car at the end.

06

Your night stays private

You decide, venue by venue: nothing, just tonight, or Always in. Nothing is recorded, and the app knows you only inside a venue's zone.

04 · Know your guest · The same system, the same screen

Who is in the room tonight, and what they like.

For the first time you know your best guests the way the best hosts do, from their very first visit. A VIP who got the app at another club walks into yours, chooses to share, and you know who they are and a little about them before they sit down. Every visit after that builds the relationship: what they order, where they like to sit, the night they celebrate, how often they come. It is not the promoter's list and it is not the door's memory. It is yours.

  • iii

Straight answers

What owners ask first.

Do we need new equipment?

No. MyFlare Alert runs on the POS tablets, bar terminals, phones and smartwatches your team already uses.

Will guests notice?

No. A Flare is a slide on a screen your server is already touching. Nothing sounds on the floor and no one steps away to make a call.

Will it call 911 by accident?

No. Your manager or security lead confirms on video before an alert goes to 911, and the most serious level takes a deliberate slide.

What happens when security staff change?

Licenses move with the job, not the person. Scan a QR code to hand a license to tonight's team in seconds.

What about audio, video and privacy?

MyFlare Alert is eyes and ears, not a recorder. Audio and video stream live only while a Flare is active, and only to the people your rules allow. Nothing is recorded. If your location adds a Sentinel station, it is protected by INTRUSION cybersecurity.

What if a VIP already has the app from another club?

Even better. On their first visit to you the app asks if they want to share who they are with your venue: not at all, just for tonight, or Always in. Always in means you know them from that night forward. What they shared with another club stays with that club.
