The tragedy of the Parkland shooting in 2018, a devastating event that touched our community deeply, was a pivotal moment for us. It drove us to expand our mission, culminating in the development of the Active Shooter Early Warning System. This isn’t just a piece of technology; it’s a critical lifeline. By enabling rapid communication between law enforcement and active shooter scenes, we’ve turned dispatch centers into highly efficient command hubs, optimizing response times with unmatched accuracy. The success of this system was vividly demonstrated in a live drill conducted by the Falmouth PD, showcasing our unwavering dedication to saving lives.
We needed to leverage all tools available to us in the age of technology to combat these heinous offenses. This inspired us to create MyFlare Alert, a tool for getting help when seconds matter.
